When my trainer asked me to meditate, I simply denied that, I am unable to focus. I started with 15 minutes of meditation and slowly moved to 30 minutes. Today, I can sit for an hour and be in the no-thought zone. I have become a calm and simpler person now. The stress and anxiety levels have come down and I am much more at peace. People who are on tranquilizer can also attempt meditation. Earlier, I was planning to go to a psychiatrist and luckily I dropped the plan. I accepted the meditation challenge given by my friends and today, I am proud to say that I am at peace.
